Eight years, four countries, 15+ industries — audit at Deloitte, enterprise BI in Sweden serving 40 controllers, PropTech and finance in Dubai, and three business lines today as Chief Data Officer at Naviora Group. Chief Data Officer — Naviora Group
- Lead end-to-end delivery of three new business initiatives — Analytical Consulting, Data Room formation and the Placement SaaS platform — from requirements definition through go-to-market sequencing, revenue modelling and phased implementation.
- Coordinate commercial, product and engineering stakeholders; translate business objectives into structured, unambiguous specifications and maintain delivery momentum without direct authority over all contributing teams.
- Develop advanced financial models, investment memorandums and risk evaluation frameworks for investor and client decision-making — due diligence, return scenarios and asset-level analysis across a commercial real-estate and asset-management portfolio.
- Define product and data requirements for Placement, a PropTech analytics platform for commercial investors and agencies across the UAE.

- Designed and maintained the financial reporting infrastructure — P&L, cash-flow forecasting, plan-vs-actual — across two restaurant operations, data validated through Syrve/Iiko.
- Established structured operational workflows and automation opportunities, improving reporting accuracy and cutting manual reconciliation time.

- Built an independent data-analysis tool for the Dubai real-estate market, aggregating primary market sources (Property Monitor / DXB Interact-grade) into investment-grade insights.
- Delivered structured reports on off-plan and secondary valuations, ROI assessments and portfolio recommendations — raw datasets into decision-ready outputs.
Business Intelligence Analyst — Atea Global Services
- Embedded BI consultant to senior Swedish management, working alongside 40 Business Controllers — operational and financial data into executive-level performance reporting.
- Identified variances, diagnosed root causes and produced recommendations on resource allocation and sales-team effectiveness.
- Built and maintained the BI reporting infrastructure across multiple stakeholder groups; applied continuous-improvement methodology that reduced manual reporting overhead for the whole controller team.
